Day 1
Dinner: Steam Everything
This is an easy and healthy Chinese meal that I’d like to have once in a while. The chicken soup from the chicken alone is incredibly delicious. Save that for a noodle soup if you don’t finish them right away. 539 kCal and 58g protein/serving
Day 2
Lunch: Steamed chicken and vegetables leftovers
A quick and delicious lunch.
Dinner: Korean Bibimbap
Bibimbap is a rice bowl topped with any vegetables and proteins of your choice. The seasonings are always simple, but together they make a delicious irresistible meal. This version is now on my daughter’s top 10 favourite food list. 620 kCal and 31.5g protein/serving
Day 3
Lunch: Bibimbap leftover
Dinner: Nourish Bowl
This was inspired by a delicious meal I had in Vancouver’s new Radish restaurant. The barley toasted with coconut was brilliant. I couldn’t wait to have it again. 638 kCal and 21.5g protein/serving
