Hey, this week is seafood-heavy because when it’s hot, I want something light. Also, local sockeye salmon is in season now, and so are all the beautiful lettuce and greens. I hope you love seafood as much as I do.

Day 1
Dinner: Roasted tomatoes with beans & grilled octopus + pesto pasta
Summer tomatoes roasted in olive oil with garlic is a delicacy. They go so well with a piece of toast too.
Day 2
Lunch: Pesto pasta salad
This was what I made for the picnic, the recipe was shared in the last newsletter too.
Dinner: Baked salmon + carrot salad
Simple and lovely
Day 3
Lunch: Smoked salmon bagel with carrot salad
My daughter requested smoked salmon, so here we are
Dinner: Teriyaki chicken + cabbage stir-fry
There are a million ways to do this, here is my version
Day 4
Lunch: Leftovers
Dinner: Kimchi tofu stew + steak
Simple and quick, heartwarming.
Day 5:
Lunch: Smoked salmon, avocado bowl
Dinner: Sweet & sour pork ribs + mushrooms stir-fry
This was the winner of the week. No doubt.
